How to start a return

We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

Pack the items securely and ship them back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non‑refundable (except for damaged/incorrect items).
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. Then contact us within 7 days.

For lost packages during transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements are handled on a case‑by‑case basis.
Incorrect shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you enter an incorrect address, contact us immediately. Once the order has shipped, we cannot change the address, and you may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
Customs & import taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or VAT. These fees are not included in our shipping charges and are your responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for details.
