Eligibility for returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
Some items cannot be returned (see “Non-returnable items” below).

Hygiene‑sensitive products (if unsealed)

How to start a return

Contact us at khushtar@jelmarino.shop with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
Pack the items securely and ship them back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non‑refundable (except for damaged/incorrect items).

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
