Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide from our warehouse. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Processing time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping rates & delivery times

Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. Exact rates are calculated at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or delayed packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. Then contact us within 7 days.

  • For lost packages during transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements are handled on a case‑by‑case basis.

Incorrect shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you enter an incorrect address, contact us immediately. Once the order has shipped, we cannot change the address, and you may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

Customs & import taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or VAT. These fees are not included in our shipping charges and are your responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for details.
